^^ Identity Gift Project^^

This was made to express my identity to someone in a gift form. Its made in a takeaway dish to convey it can be carried away.

One for sorrow. Two for joy. Three for a girl. Four for a boy. Five for silver. Six for gold. Seven for a secret never been told!
I am interested in Magpie's for their spritual meanings. you never see one magpie by themselves. Magpies have only ever one partener for life.

A short video of the 'Identity Sculpture'

These spectacular head pieces are made by Kamo, a Jampanese hairdresser. They are made from chiffron, satin silk and organza.

Experiment for fashion accsesery . Head piece or a brooch would look good. To take this sculpture further I would like to make a item of clothing using this design.

^^ Identity- What is Identity? ^^

I made this 3D sculpture out of maps, photos and written articles that i can relate to my
identity. The maps are of places i have lived and places where I have memories.
^^ Collections Project^^

This work is what i did during the summer. I wanted to create some thing to do with memories, I made a cube using playballs as i believe that these are very attractive and playful colours to the eye.

Once I had made the cube I took the 'memory cube' to places that are personal to me.

All the places are in and around the area where I grew up.

I love how the 'memory cube' looks out of context to the landscapes it positioned in.

This image looks very iscolated. My work also reflects on emotions.

^^Tree climbing ^^

^^ Rhubarb^^

These next images are taken at night. I placed a torch inside the cube to create this sensory cube.
